Contributions To The Artisan
From Time to time, The Artisan solicits contributions from cooks and bakers. These contributions are often in the form of recipes, comments, stories about Italy and technical information. They are stored in the Contributions section for a number of reasons. Some will be one time events, others will be occasional pieces written whenever contributors find the time to write something for us. Visitors may ask to contribute to a subject area, and we try to accommodate these requests.
We would be less than honest if we did not admit that at times we are not sure where a topic is best presented. These are when we convince ourselves that this section is best!
At other times, it is fairly easy to determine where a contribution goes. "A Day in the Life..." is a contribution from our friend Italo who lives in Citta delle Pieve, Italy. His Wife, Germana contributed the Tiella Recipe that you see on the menu to the left.
As contributions to The Artisan are received, those that are accepted, will more often than not be be found right here on The Contributions Page.
